Maintenance Management Services (MMS)

We will advise Corrugating Packaging Producers, after a Plant Maintenance Performance Assessment, about their current position in maintenance effectiveness. A Corrugating Reliability Plan will show you the effectiveness, costs and improvement possibilities as well as recommendations.
 
The assessment will cover the Plant Maintenance Performances to improve the KPI's of e.g. following:

• Product quality
• Equipment uptime in relation to technical downtime
• Reliability and availability of the corrugating and converting machines
• Maintenance cost per 1000 m2
• Production cost per 1000 m2
• Reducing paper waste
• OEE

Our consultants will be able to make a dedicated Corrugated Reliability Plan (CPR) accompanied with a ROI and time schedule. This time schedule is to show in what time the project will be finished. These kinds of projects are a culture change in plants and needs a top-down approach as well as the commitment of the local Management.
